At Classy Tots we value our customers and strive for excellence in service. We aim to have all orders packaged and sent the same day or next business day.

Standard Shipping – $10 per order    /     Express Shipping - $14.00 per order (our courier charges us more than this)

We sometimes offer ‘free shipping’ promotions. During these events, free shipping applies only to ground services and will exclude certain items, primarily large, bulky, or items with excessive weight (including furniture).

We use the services of Australia Post or an express courier (Toll Ipec), to ensure a cost effective and secure delivery. This service requires a signature upon delivery and includes an online tracking facility. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel, alternatively a calling card will be left for Australia Post Parcels, or an Authority To Leave (ATL) will be placed on all Toll Ipec deliveries to avoid re-delivery fee's.  Please note Classy Tots will not be held accountable if your parcel is not signed for.

We understand that some customers only have a Post Office Box address. Australia Post will deliver these parcels to any location within Australia.

Delivery Times

Please allow 1-10 working days for your Classy Tots order to arrive. Delivery lead times depend on where the goods are being shipped to, and can be delayed during high volume seasons – ie Christmas. Classy Tots will not be held responsible for delivery delays. If you do not receive your order after 10 days, please contact us.

Urgent Requests

Should you have a request for an urgent delivery, please contact us, we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Delivery Instructions

We are very happy to follow delivery instructions, which can be added in the comments field during checkout. However, Classy Tots will not be responsible for missing parcels when a request to leave without signature has been applied to the parcel.

Delivery to another Address

If a different shipping address is requested, the invoice will not be placed inside the parcel. We recommend you print out a copy of your confirmation email / invoice for your records.

Incorrect Delivery Address & Returned Parcels

Re-delivery of a returned parcel due to an incorrect address being provided, will incur an additional $10 charge.

Bulky Items - Surcharge

Selected items will require an additional delivery charge. Items with a shipping surcharge will have this noted on the product page for the item, with additional details. 

International Orders

At Classy Tots we appreciate our customers near and far, that's why we OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING through our website. If you wish to make a purchase and need assistance, please contact us and we will assist in every way possible. Small and Large orders welcome.  We prefer payment via PAYPAL for all International Orders unless otherwise approved via Management.

Missing Items from Parcel

Please check your parcel thoroughly for smaller items, as they are at risk of being thrown out with the packaging. In the case that an item has been omitted from your parcel, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Goods in Transit

All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch – Classy Tots also takes the greatest care in packaging your purchases securely with individual attention. In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
