At Classy Tots we strive for excellence in quality. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s), you may contact us to return (at our discretion) or exchange the item(s) under the following conditions:
Returning the purchase promptly will ensure you have the best chance of obtaining a replacement.
Strictly no returns or exchanges on custom made personalised orders, sale or discounted items.
Due to copyright laws, hygiene, health and safety regulations, we are unable to offer exchange or refunds on the following products:
Contact us prior to returning your item to receive a return authority form and number (RA#).

We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via registered mail. Please ensure your items are packed with care as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please do not write directly on shoe boxes, but instead place them in a satchel or postage box with sufficient protection to avoid damage in transit.
Exchanges - If you change your mind and would like to exchange the product, please contact Classy Tots for a return authority number. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Classy Tots. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item (s) to the customer.
Returns – Classy Tots will provide credit or refund for returned items. You will be credited or refunded for the items (less delivery) as soon as they are received in original condition.
Although we have the highest standard of quality assurance and check each individual item, sometimes products may have a fault. If you find that the product you have purchased has a fault we ask that you contact us immediately.
If you wish to return faulty/damaged items, Classy Tots will gladly repair, exchange or refund the product (s). All refunds will be issued in the same form of tender as the original purchase transaction. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Classy Tots, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your refund to be processed.
